This is my tribute to the kinds of personal homepages that were around when I was learning HTML for the first time around 2002. I loved how colorful and busy they were and how we filled them with all sorts of blinkies and gifs and graphics we collected on the web like a scrapbook of our favorite things. Also, they were mostly coded by hand or with rudimentary WYSIWYG editors, which is a different way of doing things than I do in my job now that I write code for a living.
